Optere\u0107enje donje plo\u010de savija plo\u010du od zida. Obi\u010dni linearni 3D model tada mo\u017ee \u201eobjesiti\u201d zid izme\u0111u plo\u010da i u njemu razviti vertikalni vlak, pona\u0161anje koje ne odgovara zami\u0161ljenom oslanjanju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cilj nije samo ukloniti negativan rezultat. <strong>Cilj je formulirati mehani\u010dki smislen kontakt, provesti nelinearni prora\u010dun i zatim kroz deformacije, unutarnje sile i usporedni model dokazati da kontakt radi u pravom smjeru.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Postupak je prikazan u tutorialu <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=0e597ySOuBA\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">SCIA Engineer Tutorial: Non-Linear Line Hinges<\/a> koji vodi Ivan Beles, support engineer za SCIA Engineer i IDEA StatiCa. To je va\u017ean redoslijed: bez linearne dijagnoze i neovisne usporedbe nije mogu\u0107e razlikovati ispravan nelinearni odziv od rezultata koji samo izgleda uvjerljivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul style=\"margin-top:0;margin-bottom:1.5rem\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Linearni 3D model<\/strong> zadr\u017eava krutost zida, ali dopu\u0161ta vertikalni vlak. Slu\u017ei za otkrivanje problema, ne kao kona\u010dan opis kontakta. (\u2248 104 kNm, moment plo\u010de u primjeru)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>2D zamjenski model<\/strong> uklanja zid iz 3D modela i zamjenjuje ga linijskim optere\u0107enjem. Daje konzervativnu usporednu vrijednost. SCIA-ina formulacija 2D elementa samo na tlak tako\u0111er se oslanja na ortotropna svojstva kako bi oslabila vla\u010dni smjer pojedinih kona\u010dnih elemenata. Dvije namjene ortotropije zato bi se preklopile ili me\u0111usobno prepisale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nelinearni linijski zglob odvaja odgovornosti: ortotropija ostaje svojstvo zida, a jednostrani kontakt postaje svojstvo njegova ruba. To je i ra\u010dunski povoljnije u ovom tipu zadatka, jer stanje mijenja manji broj rubnih elemenata umjesto velikog broja elemenata po cijeloj plohi zida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\" style=\"margin-top:2rem;margin-bottom:2rem\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Materijalni odziv pripada materijalu ili plohi; otvaranje i zatvaranje kontakta pripada su\u010delju. Nemojte istim numeri\u010dkim mehanizmom poku\u0161avati opisati oba.<\/p>\n<cite>Na\u010delo modeliranja<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"margin-top:3rem;margin-bottom:1rem\">Najprije orijentacija, zatim zakon sila\u2013pomak<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Linijski zglob ima vlastiti lokalni koordinatni sustav. U prikazu iz tutoriala lokalni x prati liniju, lokalni y le\u017ei u ravnini zida, a lokalni z je okomit na ravninu. Tutorial savjetuje dovoljno visoku po\u010detnu krutost kako bi se izbjegao prevelik po\u010detni pomak, ali izbor vrijednosti mora se provjeriti u jedinicama i numeri\u010dkom kontekstu stvarnog modela.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Solver tako\u0111er ne prihva\u0107a savr\u0161eno horizontalne ili vertikalne grane poligonalnog zakona. Potrebno je uvesti vrlo malen nagib ili neznatnu razliku otpora. To je numeri\u010dka regularizacija, a ne novo fizi\u010dko svojstvo koje se smije proizvoljno pove\u0107avati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"margin-top:3rem;margin-bottom:1rem\">Od aktivacije funkcije do prora\u010duna u SCIA Engineer-u 26<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol style=\"margin-top:0;margin-bottom:1.5rem\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Potvrdite model i referentne slu\u010dajeve.<\/strong> Odvojite donje i gornje optere\u0107enje, sa\u010duvajte linearni rezultat te pripremite neovisnu 2D ili drugu usporedbu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Aktivirajte Beam local nonlinearity.<\/strong> Postavka u Project data vrijedi i za nelinearne linijske zglobove na rubovima 2D elemenata.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Provjerite lokalne osi svake linije.<\/strong> Identificirajte prijevod koji fizi\u010dki odgovara otvaranju i zatvaranju kontakta; ne oslanjajte se samo na globalni pogled.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Definirajte jednostranu funkciju.<\/strong> Za pokazanu orijentaciju: pozitivni kraj slobodan, negativni krut; unesite kona\u010dnu linearnu krutost i dopu\u0161tenu malu kosinu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Izradite nelinearne kombinacije.<\/strong> Kombinacije moraju odgovarati slu\u010dajevima koje uspore\u0111ujete. To zna\u010di da u sustavu i dalje postoji mehanizam koji zid premo\u0161\u0107uje ili zadr\u017eava.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uzrok nije prona\u0111en \u201epode\u0161avanjem zgloba\u201d, nego povratkom na svojstva zida.
