Lecture „Our BIM projects, team, and experience“ focused on real projects, internal processes, and challenges that STUDIO ARHING solves with the help of ALLPLAN BIM platform. Through a series of examples, they showed how the BIM model becomes a central communication tool between architects, structural engineers, installers, and investors.
ARHING's approach is based on to full digitization of project documentation – from conceptual design, through main and execution design, to the model used by contractors on the construction site. Using ALLPLANa The team can precisely control all phases of the project, and collaboration between disciplines occurs through shared BIM models i IFC data exchange.
„The advantage of working in BIM is that all team members are always working with the same, up-to-date data. This reduces the possibility of errors and speeds up the decision-making process,“ our colleague pointed out.
Examples from the practice.
At the lecture, residential and commercial building projects developed in a BIM environment were presented, with a special emphasis on:
coordination of architecture and construction in ALLPLAN,
modeling details that facilitate execution,
optimization of documentation for investors and contractors.
The speakers emphasized the importance visual communication i 3D models as a bridge between the design team and the client.
Experience and future plans
Studio ARHING plans to further develop BIM processes through automation of repetitive tasks i cloud collaboration, so as to better connect all project participants. Success in applying BIM is seen in continuous learning and openness to new technologies.
Conclusion
The ARHING Studies lecture shows how the application of ALLPLAN BIM platform in practice brings precision, coordination, and transparency at every step of the design. This example confirms that digital tools don't just change the way we draw, but also Way of thinking in architecture and engineering.
