American Gardens Pedestrian Bridge
The City of Opatija, Croatia, commissioned a design for a pedestrian bridge over the D66 state road. The goal was to provide easier access for pedestrians to the “Amerikanski vrtovi” botanical garden. The bridge's design is primarily based on a section of a logarithmic spiral, necessitated by the differing directions and elevations of its endpoints.
